Ralph G. Moore, CPA, is President of Ralph G. Moore & Associates (RGMA), a Chicago-based management consulting firm founded in 1979. RGMA is one of the nation's premier change management firms specializing in minority business development and integrating supplier diversity into corporate strategy. RGMA’s relationship with the National Minority Supplier Development Council has enabled the firm to have trained more supplier diversity and transformation management professionals than any other organization worldwide. A former accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co., Mr. Moore has been a key contributor to minority business development seminars throughout the United States as well as South Africa, Canada, France and the United Kingdom. RGMA has also conducted over 1300 one-on-one consulting engagements with emerging minority-owned businesses since 1979.

Mr. Moore has received numerous awards for his dedication to minority business development and his active leadership in civic organizations. His volunteer efforts include board memberships of numerous non-profits and he is co-founder and past president of the Alliance of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs (ABLE), a Chicago based organization of 40 African American Business Owners. In addition, Mayor Richard M. Daley appointed Mr. Moore to serve as a Trustee to the City Colleges of Chicago in 1994 where he still serves.
